It's been a reallllly long time since I posted anything, so I thought I'd stop by and let you all know I am, in fact, alive. Most of the time. I'm taking an overload this semester, which means a class and a half more than normal, so I really don't have much time to do anything other than finish homework and exist, but hey, its all good, right?

While I am in a studio course this semester - painting! Hooray! - I'm mostly posting my works to my instagram, which is a lot more accessible for me. You can look me up, I'm lala9397, and I post lots of my art and sunset pictures but not a lot of pictures of food. There's my quick trailer, my instagram is not coming to a theater near you, but you get the idea.

And just to update you all on the things I've been up to: this past summer I interned at a local art museum (!!!!) where I got to research the permanent collection in the archives (they were cold, windowless, and in a basement, but oh, so many books!) and help teach summer camps to kids (maybe the books and the older kids were more fun than the younger ones. maybe.). What was really exciting, however, is that this semester, I had the chance with my Art History Methods course to collaboratively curate an exhibition. I've been doing a TON of research on Japanese woodblock prints since September, and our show opened on November 4th, so it's been a whirlwind.

I've still got about two and a half weeks left in the semester, so it's likely I won't check in again before it's over, but I'm hoping to return and clean up my gallery a little this winter break. I'll see you all on the flipside!
Well I'm in my second semester of college now, and I'm somehow still alive. Crazy. I'm officially a Studio Art and an Art History major, so that's good. I'd like to repeat that I'm still alive because for a while I was doubting I'd survive myself so it's nice to celebrate the little things.

This semester I unfortunately don't have a studio class, so I'll probably be posting less than last semester.

Also it's 2016 haha what

What is that could it be more Tali and Alistair?

Funny you should say that because it is because I'm garbage and they're my children

Laura, I got Dragon Age Inquisition.
I've been obsessed with it for like, three weeks. I have 60 hours of playtime, and I'm only halfway through the story campaign.
I blame you.

THREE HUNDRED? Holy crap, Laura o___o
I'll probably be at about 100 hours when I finally beat the game... The Winter Palace is only about halfway through the story campaign, isn't it?

Um well it depends how you play it really I think that the first half is both Adamant and the Winter Palace and the second half is the Arbor Wilds and the whole ending.
